Add items from the library Add items from the library. Everything your firm specifies lives in its own product library, with its maker, a picture and how often it’s been used. A product is written once: its source, its prices, its details. And it shows every project it has been used on. Add to a project puts it on a job as a new item. Pick the project, the area and how many. From a project’s specification list, you can pick several at once. Choose the area, search the library, and pick as many as the room needs. They’re added to the area, numbered in sequence, each carrying everything the library knew. Something new? Drag the Clip button to your bookmarks bar. On a maker’s product page, click it. The page comes across from your own browser, and its name, maker, details and picture are read for you to check and save. Some sites check for automated visitors first, with a Press and Hold. Clip on the check, and it says so: finish it, then clip again. If a page still won’t come across, add screenshots instead: paste, drop, or take a photo on a phone. One AI action reads them and fills in what they show, each detail marked from your screenshot. Crop one as the picture. The screenshots are kept with the product, as the source of its details. On a phone, paste the page’s address into a new item and read it: one AI action. That’s the library. More videos: portspace.io/videos
