AI actions AI actions. Some of the portal’s work is done by AI: answering a project question, summing up a meeting, reading a brief, or a product from its page, or from screenshots when it can’t be read. Each use counts in AI actions. Most cost one. Reading a brief costs one, plus one for each link in it. Reading receipts and asking the manual are free. Bigger jobs cost more, because they’re more work: a 3D model is five actions for Standard, ten for Detailed, given back if it can’t be made. Each month, the Per seat plan includes thirty actions per seat, pooled across the firm; the Free plan, ten for the whole portal. Under your name, the menu says how many are left. On this demo it counts a visitor’s own few; in your portal, it’s the firm’s pool. Owners and administrators are told when four fifths are used. Run out, and AI waits for the next month; nothing is charged after use. An administrator buys more up front on Plan and billing: fifty for ten dollars, two hundred and fifty for forty-five, or a thousand for a hundred and sixty. It’s paid once, by card, never added to an invoice later. Bought actions are spent after the month’s own, last twelve months, and aren’t refundable. On the Per seat plan, a firm can use its own AI key instead, under Settings, Integrations: requests go straight to its account, and aren’t limited. That’s AI actions. More videos: portspace.io/videos
