Bring your existing projects.

Moving your firm over? Under Settings, Integrations, Import, bring in what you already have: projects and specifications, vendors and contacts, and your product library.

Choose a spreadsheet in your own layout. Each column gets a guessed meaning; check them, and change any that are wrong.

Nothing is written until you press Import.

One file can hold many jobs. It makes the projects, items, products and vendors, and matches the ones you already have.

Both jobs are on your project list. Import the same file again later, and rows are matched, not doubled.

A schedule for one project can go straight onto it, from our template or your own layout, and for thirty days, Undo this import takes it back.

Your product library comes in the same way, from a vendor’s price list or your own product list.

Anything else, our support team imports for you. All we need is your existing data, from wherever it lives: a database export, another spec system’s files, old spreadsheets, a folder of pictures.

Send a file from the import page, with a note. Nothing changes in your portal until it’s done.

We load it for you, so nothing lands in the wrong place, and you hear back at your email, usually within a working day.
