The Calendar The Calendar. Projects, Calendar puts every dated thing on your projects in one month: meetings, items shipping and delivering, installation visits, pick lists, prices expiring and invoices due. With Team tasks on, tasks due are on it too. A meeting given a time shows at its hour. New meeting is the one thing you add here directly; the rest comes from dates elsewhere. Click a kind to see only that, or pick one project. The list by day underneath says the same. Change what your calendar shows chooses the projects and the kinds. Projects I am on follows you: a project you’re added to, star, or hold a task on appears by itself. To see it in the calendar app you already use, make your feed address once, copy it, and add a calendar from that address. It keeps itself up to date. Anyone with the address can read your dates, so treat it like a password. Replace makes a new one; Switch off stops it. The same feed is on your profile. Slack and Teams get your alerts, and the calendar too: a channel can post a morning digest of today at the time you set, and a reminder before each meeting. Each person can have both for themselves; clients and contractors never do. The Calendar is its own switch, under Settings, Work, Modules. Switch it off and the page and the feed go; meetings stay. That’s the Calendar. More videos: portspace.io/videos
