The maker, model and pictures belong to the library product, and editing that changes every job that uses it. On the Specifications tab, every row has a checkbox. Check one or several, and the quick-edit bar appears. It changes them all at once: status, area, category, quantity or supplier. Omit them, flag them, copy them to another area or project, mark them revised, or delete them. From the same bar, issue them as a set, send them for approval, ask a vendor for a quote, raise an order, build a pick list, or propose them to the client. The bar offers what your role allows and your firm uses. Switch off procurement, and quotes, orders and pick lists go. To take a whole area, check the box at the head of its list, and every item in it is checked. Here, two items. Choose Quantity, type the new one, and set it on both. The bar says what changed.
