Finish schedule Finish schedule. The finish schedule, under Specify, lists the project’s rooms, one row each, with every surface inside the row. Each cell names the finish item used there by its printed number, a note, or both. Here, the lobby’s floor is L-103, over honed limestone. The finish legend below gives each code’s name once, with the rooms it’s in, and links to the item. Click a cell to change it: choose the item, with finishes first in the list, add a note if you like, and save. Surfaces sets what each row asks for: floor, base, walls, ceiling and the rest, or a wall at a time. Add a room by number and name, or bring in the project’s areas, or every room number under its room types, in one press. Shared with the client lets the client and contractors open it from their project tabs, read only. Until then, it’s the firm’s alone. This is the client’s view: the same rows and legend, with nothing to change. A tap on a code shows its name. The two buttons at the top print it, as a PDF or a spreadsheet, grouped by area. Each finish appears once in the legend at the end, with every room it’s in, on your firm’s letterhead. That’s the finish schedule. More videos: portspace.io/videos
