WEBVTT

1
00:00:01.000 --> 00:00:01.949
Meetings.

2
00:00:03.294 --> 00:00:08.985
Every project keeps its meetings under Team, Meetings, each with a line on where things landed.

3
00:00:09.732 --> 00:00:16.342
New meeting puts one on the calendar: a start and an end, a place or a link to join, and its kind.

4
00:00:17.060 --> 00:00:19.895
The form shows that hour on every clock involved.

5
00:00:20.624 --> 00:00:28.544
Under Expect these people, pick anyone in the portal, your team or the client, and add anyone else by email, like the architect.

6
00:00:28.612 --> 00:00:30.363
Nobody needs a sign-in.

7
00:00:30.580 --> 00:00:36.050
Each gets an email with a calendar invitation, to accept or decline in their own calendar.

8
00:00:36.257 --> 00:00:39.776
Replies go to whoever sent it, not the portal.

9
00:00:39.949 --> 00:00:42.094
People in the portal also get an alert.

10
00:00:42.190 --> 00:00:46.320
This demo never sends email, so it says not invited.

11
00:00:46.320 --> 00:00:50.739
Yours says invited, or held for approval if you hold outside email.

12
00:00:50.882 --> 00:00:55.017
Afterwards, write the notes, and paste or upload a transcript.

13
00:00:55.038 --> 00:00:56.921
A recording can be kept with it.

14
00:00:57.635 --> 00:01:04.418
Summarize with AI reads them and writes the summary, the decisions, the action items and the open questions.

15
00:01:05.173 --> 00:01:11.112
Each action item becomes a task on the project: choose who has it, and when it’s due.

16
00:01:13.328 --> 00:01:18.156
An open question can become a task, or join the brief’s questions for the client.

17
00:01:18.880 --> 00:01:26.452
A meeting’s page stays inside the firm: clients and contractors never see it, and the invitation never carries the notes.

18
00:01:26.710 --> 00:01:29.382
Minutes for the client, you send yourself.

19
00:01:29.521 --> 00:01:36.213
Projects, Meetings lists every meeting in the firm, and searches their notes, transcripts and summaries.

20
00:01:36.318 --> 00:01:37.644
That’s Meetings.

21
00:01:37.839 --> 00:01:42.118
