Meetings Meetings. Every project keeps its meetings under Team, Meetings, each with a line on where things landed. New meeting puts one on the calendar: a start and an end, a place or a link to join, and its kind. The form shows that hour on every clock involved. Under Expect these people, pick anyone in the portal, your team or the client, and add anyone else by email, like the architect. Nobody needs a sign-in. Each gets an email with a calendar invitation, to accept or decline in their own calendar. Replies go to whoever sent it, not the portal. People in the portal also get an alert. This demo never sends email, so it says not invited. Yours says invited, or held for approval if you hold outside email. Afterwards, write the notes, and paste or upload a transcript. A recording can be kept with it. Summarize with AI reads them and writes the summary, the decisions, the action items and the open questions. Each action item becomes a task on the project: choose who has it, and when it’s due. An open question can become a task, or join the brief’s questions for the client. A meeting’s page stays inside the firm: clients and contractors never see it, and the invitation never carries the notes. Minutes for the client, you send yourself. Projects, Meetings lists every meeting in the firm, and searches their notes, transcripts and summaries. That’s Meetings. More videos: portspace.io/videos
