Reports and printouts Reports and printouts. Every printout of a project is on one page: Specify, Actions, Reports and printouts. Each is drawn on your letterhead from the project as it stands now, grouped as your menus are. Each has its options, and a PDF, spreadsheet or CSV: revision indexes, FF&E matrices, finish schedules and cut sheets. Spec sheets open the spec book page: switch revision lines, instructions or quantities on or off, set the first page number, and narrow the items by area heading, maker or source. The budget takes flagged only, an area, charges left off, or pricing hidden. It prints each area’s totals, then the charges, sales tax and grand total. Purchase orders print from each order’s page; fund, deposit and payment requests from the Fund requests page. An order carries its source and maker, sidemarks and room tags, the deposit and the total due. A request lists each order, who to pay, and a box for the client’s approval. Labels print thirty to a sheet: sources, makers, order vendors, and a sidemark for each carton. You see only what your seat allows: prices only with project money, cost and markup only with margins. This designer has no budget with markup. Every printout downloads, so you can edit it or send it from your own email. Nothing goes out unless you send it. That’s reports and printouts.
