Start a project from a brief Start a project from a brief. A new project needs a job number and a name; the client and budget can come later. Create it, and it opens on its brief. Paste in what the client sent, just as it came. An email, notes from a walkthrough, it doesn’t need tidying. Add the links and pictures they shared. Each product link becomes a draft in your library. Then read it. The assistant sorts it into the whole project and a brief for each area. On your own portal, a read spends AI actions, and says so first. Here’s the example hotel, read already. Each area gets a card: its first picture, where it stands, the start of its summary, its colors, and what’s still to ask. Open one to see what that area asks for, each point with where it was said: the owner’s email, or your notes. The whole project holds the rules every area inherits, and what the client doesn’t want anywhere. No brass, in their own words. And it lists the questions to ask the client, ready to copy. If it got something wrong, Edit the brief, and your corrections are kept as yours. That’s a project started from its brief. More videos: portspace.io/videos
