WEBVTT

1
00:00:01.000 --> 00:00:02.931
Your firm’s look and settings.

2
00:00:03.304 --> 00:00:06.243
Settings is in tabs, and a search finds any setting.

3
00:00:06.483 --> 00:00:15.301
On Firm, the Brand section is what clients and vendors see on everything you send: documents, email, and the pages they open from a link.

4
00:00:15.520 --> 00:00:22.063
Choose one color for every document and client page, and a typeface, embedded in each PDF.

5
00:00:22.280 --> 00:00:24.079
Have a typeface of your own?

6
00:00:24.079 --> 00:00:28.238
Upload it here, regular and bold, and every document uses it.

7
00:00:28.503 --> 00:00:31.873
For anything more particular, our support team can help.

8
00:00:31.970 --> 00:00:37.965
The letterhead takes your address, phone and website, and small print for the foot of every page.

9
00:00:38.180 --> 00:00:44.357
Preview an invoice, a proposal or an email in your brand as it stands, before you save it.

10
00:00:44.580 --> 00:00:54.404
Workspace style sets the words and layout your team works in: PortSpace’s own, a Tabbed layout, or a Project-first layout, over the same records.

11
00:00:54.669 --> 00:00:58.161
Each person can choose their own on their profile.

12
00:00:58.275 --> 00:01:04.995
On Email, How email looks sets who your email is from, where replies go, and its foot.

13
00:01:05.098 --> 00:01:15.096
The firm’s signature ends every email your people send: a template, or the HTML from your signature service, previewed exactly as it will go.

14
00:01:15.254 --> 00:01:19.528
Under Work, Modules, switch off what your firm doesn’t do.

15
00:01:19.642 --> 00:01:23.610
A firm that specifies but doesn’t buy can switch off procurement.

16
00:01:23.730 --> 00:01:26.379
Its menus, tabs and pages go.

17
00:01:26.609 --> 00:01:30.711
Nothing is deleted; switch it back on and every record is there.

18
00:01:30.834 --> 00:01:34.590
On each project, the Order tab becomes Installation.

19
00:01:35.062 --> 00:01:37.758
That’s your firm’s look and settings.

20
00:01:37.930 --> 00:01:41.750
