One plan. Everything on.
No tiers to study, no features held back for the next one up, no premium for the first user. A seat is a person on your team; everyone outside the firm is free.
Monthly
$79 a seat a month
Add or remove seats any time. More is prorated to the day; less takes effect at the renewal.
Yearly
$69 a seat a month, billed yearly
$828 a seat a year: the same everything, $120 less than monthly. An email arrives before every renewal.
Free
$0 to start on
One seat, three projects, 5 GB, with the example hotel to learn on, and 10 AI actions a month (more bought up front, from 50 for $10). Everything is on for your first 14 days; after that the free plan has no clock. No card.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax due where you are. Your own invoices, proposals and orders are in your currency.
Everything means everything.
Elsewhere, permissions, Slack, vendor portals or purchase orders are the reason to buy the next tier up. Here there is no next tier.

Room for the files
20 GB plus 5 GB for every seat, included. More room is $10 a month per 50 GB, added and removed as you like.
The assistant, included
30 AI actions a seat a month — questions, meeting summaries, product-page reads; receipts are read free. More is bought up front, never billed after: 50 for $10, 250 for $45 (10% off), 1,000 for $160 (20% off), used after the month’s included ones and good for 12 months, not refundable. Or bring your own key and pay your provider directly.
Plain answers
What counts as a seat?
A person on your team who signs in: designers, accountants, the principal. Clients, contractors, installers and vendors are not seats.
Can seats change mid-term?
Any time. Adding is prorated to the day you add; removing takes effect at the renewal, so nothing is clawed back mid-month.
What happens if we leave?
Your records download as a workbook and every file as a zip, whenever you like — no exit fee, no request queue. To close a portal, write to us: it is kept thirty days in case you change your mind, then deleted.
Is there a contract?
Monthly rolls month to month; yearly renews yearly with an email before it does. Cancel from the billing page, not a phone call.
