The same project, as each person sees it
One hotel, five people. Each sees what their part of the job needs and nothing else — and who sees what is the firm’s to decide.

The principal
The whole firm at a glance: what needs them today, what waits on others, the week ahead, every project with what is waiting on it, and the money owed and collected.
Never: Nothing is kept from the principal.
A designer
What needs them today on their projects — their tasks, approvals back, items coming due — the week ahead, and, if the firm allows it, the prices on the items they specify.
Never: The firm’s own money — what is owed, what came in, the margin — unless the firm gives it to them. Every role is the firm’s to tune.
The client
A home page of their own under your studio’s name: what is waiting on them, proposals to review and sign, invoices and the statement, pictures and boards.
Never: A cost or a markup, another client, or anything the firm keeps to itself.
The installer
Only the jobs they are on: the specifications, issue sets and drawings, what is arriving on site, and the visit to mark done from the floor.
Never: Prices, money, or any job they are not on.
The vendor
One order, at one link, with no account to make: the lines, the pictures, the ship dates. They acknowledge it and send their documents from the same page.
Never: Any other order, any client’s price, or anything else of the firm’s. Close the link and it stops working.

The demo is a working portal of your own with this hotel inside. It needs your email, because that is where the link to it is sent.
