0:01Create and edit a project.
0:03Under Projects, New project needs a job number and a name. The client, a contact and a budget can come now or later.
0:11Create it. Most firms run their own first meeting, so a written brief is optional. Add a picture of the property, and it heads the overview.
0:19Edit project changes the details at any time: the client, the location, the billing and ship-to addresses, tax and currency.
0:27Under Areas and rooms, add an area for each room or zone you’ll specify, and room types where a job repeats a room, like a hotel’s guestrooms.
0:37Then add the first items. New specification takes one item, from the product library, a template, or typed in, or several from the library at once.
0:47The Project menu can duplicate a project, or save it as a template for the next one.
0:53When the job is done, archive it: it leaves the lists and becomes read-only, and its outside links close. Nothing is deleted, and it can be brought back.
