Videos
Short walkthroughs, each a minute or two, made on the example hotel in the product itself. New here? Start with the two basics, then pick the part of the job you’re on. Narrated, with captions and a transcript; the music can be turned off.
Start here
4 videos, about 6 minThe basics: finding your way around, setting up your office, creating a project, and bringing in the projects you already have.

Getting around
A designer’s day: Home, the bar and search, a project’s tabs, the brief, Specify, a colleague’s review, revisions, clipping a product, the spec book and Help.

Setting up your office
Your firm’s brand, your team and what each role sees, the parts you don’t use switched off, and bringing in what you have.

Create and edit a project
A new project with its number, name and client, a picture, its details, its areas and first items, and archiving it at the end.

Bring your existing projects
Import your projects, specifications and product library yourself, or send us what you have and support brings it in.
Specify and issue
14 videos, about 22 minFrom the brief and the library to a finished spec book: writing items well, changing many at once, the finish schedule and room quantities, every printout, bringing in a spreadsheet, 3D models, swatch boards, layouts, and pictures of the room from its plan or from photos.

Start a project from a brief
A new project, the client’s words pasted in as they came, and the brief sorted into areas and questions.

Add items from the library
Your own product library: specify from it one at a time or several at once, clip new products from a maker’s website, or read them from screenshots.

Write a good spec
What belongs to the library product and what to this item; finishes, pictures and instructions; and the spec sheet it makes.

Editing specs
One item on its own page, then many at once from the Specifications tab: check them, and the quick-edit bar changes them all, with Undo.

Finish schedule
Each room’s finishes by surface, named by the finish item’s code, with the legend, shared read-only with the client when you choose, and printed as a PDF or a spreadsheet.

Takeoff and room quantities
Room types and their counts, how many of each item go in one room, totals that become the item’s quantity, the Takeoff, the room schedule and the FF&E matrices.

Issue a spec book
Issue sets, the spec book PDF in your firm’s look, and revisions marked with a Δ.

Reports and printouts
Every printout and export of a project on one page: spec sheets with their switches, the budget, purchase orders and requests to the client, labels, and what each seat sees. Download any of them and send it yourself.

Import a spreadsheet
Fill in the template, or bring your own schedule: upload the file, paste cells, or paste a link to a Google Sheet or Excel workbook; see how it is read and every change before anything is written.

3D models from your specs
A model made from a product’s photo and dimensions: Standard or Detailed, its versions, uploading your own, the formats to download, and the piece on a layout.

Swatch boards
An area’s pictures laid out in one click, arranged and saved, downloaded as a one-page PDF, and shown to the client only if you switch it on.

Layouts
A room’s specified furniture on its floor plan at true size: plan symbols and 3D views, clearances, groups, trial pieces, exports and full screen.

Visualize a room
A room traced on its layout’s plan, cameras placed, and photoreal concept pictures made from the plan or from photos of the room, priced in AI actions and shown to the client only if you choose.

Renovating from photos
Photos of the room as it is, restyled with the pieces you specified: the walls, windows and doors kept, a camera matched where there is one, priced in AI actions, labeled a concept visualization.
Your clients
3 videos, about 4 minGetting decisions from your client, presenting the design to them, and the portal as your client sees it.

Get client approval
Send an area’s items or one item for a decision, and see each answer and note come back.

Presentations
A project’s boards, renderings, plans and items put to the client as one deck in your brand: shared at a link, approved or commented on page by page, and downloaded as a PDF.

For clients: your portal
For your clients: their own page, what is waiting on them, approving items, reviewing a proposal, and invoices.
Projects and team
4 videos, about 7 minThe work you’re pursuing before it’s a project, meetings put on everyone’s calendar and written up, the calendar of every dated thing on your projects, and alerts in Slack and Teams.

Prospects
Work you are pursuing before it is a project: the board, a client’s email read into a new prospect, starting from a past project, what’s happened in your own words, and making it a project when it’s won.

Meetings
Put a meeting on everyone’s calendar with an invitation, write it up, let AI summarize it, and turn what’s left open into tasks.

The Calendar
Every dated thing on your projects in one month, narrowed to what’s yours, in your own calendar app, and in Slack and Teams as a morning digest and meeting reminders.

Slack and Teams
What happens in the portal posted to Slack or Teams: firm and project channels, direct messages, the kinds and projects each takes, a morning digest and meeting reminders, and each person’s own.
Buying and billing
2 videos, about 3 minOrdering from vendors, following each order to delivery, and proposals and invoices to your client.
Time and expenses
2 videos, about 3 minHours against the items they were spent on, and a receipt from an employee’s side.
Your firm
6 videos, about 10 minYour firm’s look and settings, pausing and approving outgoing email, its shelf of fonts and resources, the portal as others see it, and AI actions.

Your firm’s look and settings
Your brand and letterhead on everything you send, the workspace style, and switching off what your firm doesn’t do.

Pausing and approving outgoing email
Who the portal emails: as usual, paused for people outside the firm, or paused for everyone, with the outbox to read, send or discard what waits; and email to people outside the firm held until a project manager or an owner approves it.

Fonts and resources
The firm’s shelf of fonts, templates, logos and standards: what each is for, where it’s licensed, and where it shows up.

View as
See the portal as your client, a contractor, a Restricted seat or an employee would, before you invite them.

AI actions
What an AI action is, why some features cost more, the monthly allowance, what’s left, buying more up front, and your own AI key.

Workspace styles
PortSpace, the Tabbed layout or the Project-first layout: the firm’s choice, your own, what changes and what stays the same.
