0:01For clients: your portal.
0:03If you’re a client, your designer’s portal gives you a page of your own. It opens on what’s waiting on you: items to approve, and proposals to review.
0:12Your project has its own tabs: the items, proposals and invoices, photos and files, and the boards, renderings and presentations your designer shares with you.
0:22A presentation opens full screen, to page through, approve each page, or leave a comment.
0:28Each item to approve shows its picture and specification. Approve it with a click, or add a note, ask for a revision, or say no.
0:37Your answer goes straight back to the designer who asked, and is kept here.
0:42A proposal lists what you’re being asked to accept, with prices, terms and any deposit. Accept it or decline it here, and ask questions underneath.
0:52Your invoices are here too, with what’s paid and what’s open. If one doesn’t look right, Question this invoice asks the firm.
0:60And the latest photos from the project, with the files your designer shares, are a click away.
