0:03Before you invite a client, see the portal as they will. Owners and administrators find View as at the top of People and roles.
0:12Choose a role, from the client to a team manager, or one particular person, to see their own project list.
0:19Here’s the client. A home page of their own: what’s waiting on them, and their project, with its items, proposals, invoices, photos and files, and the boards, renderings and presentations you’ve shown them.
0:33On the project, only the tabs a client has. No costs, no internal notes, and no other client’s work.
0:40A yellow bar stays at the top. Nothing can be saved while you look, so you can click anything safely.
0:47A contractor sees the jobs they’re on: the items without prices, what’s been issued, what’s arriving on site, and their visits.
0:55A Restricted seat, for an intern or an outside consultant, has an employee’s tools on the projects they’re given, and no prices: no Propose or Invoice tab, and no price column.
1:07A designer, this firm’s name for an employee, works with the prices, but has no Firm menu: no settings, and no people to manage.
1:16When you’re done, the Back button in the yellow bar brings you back to your own view.
1:21View as is under your name too: View as someone else.
