0:01Workspace styles.
0:03A team coming from other specification software can keep the layout it knows. Owners and administrators choose it under Settings, Firm, Workspace style.
0:14PortSpace is the default: the item list with pictures, by area,
0:18and each item’s page with its spec and picture side by side.
0:22Pick one, and it’s saved at once.
0:25The Tabbed layout, familiar from web-based spec systems with tabbed item pages, puts the modules in two rows on one blue bar, and every item in one grid, by item number.
0:37Each item opens in tabs.
0:40Each person can choose their own style on their profile,
0:43or keep Use my firm’s style.
0:46The Project-first layout is familiar if you’ve used a desktop spec database. You pick a project, and work from a main menu,
0:54and each spec is one dense form, with its print buttons beside it.
0:59A style changes the words, the menus, the item list, the item page and the colors.
1:05It doesn’t change your data or features: the same records sit underneath, and switched-off modules stay off.
1:12And clients and contractors always see PortSpace, whatever your team uses.
1:18While a familiar layout is on, a line on the start page says which one it is and where to change it. Got it closes it.
1:26Its guide, Coming from a tabbed spec system,
1:29or from a desktop spec database, shows each screen you knew, and where it is here.
