An AI assistant that does the boring parts
The assistant is not a chatbot bolted on the side. It does the chores that eat studio hours — reading the client’s brief, receipts, meeting notes, looking things up — and it does them inside your records, citing its sources.
The brief, read into a plan
Paste what the client said and sent — emails, notes, product links, pictures of the space — and the assistant reads it into areas, room types, requirements with their sources and the questions still open. Correct anything it got wrong, then have it draft two or three concept directions from your own library, priced at your prices, and take one into the project.
Receipts, from photo to filed
Photograph a receipt, or drop a folder of PDFs, and each becomes a line on the expense report with the vendor, amount and date read for you. Reading receipts is free and does not count against any allowance.
Meetings into takeaways and tasks
A meeting’s notes or transcript become takeaways and tasks on the project — decisions kept, actions assigned — instead of a document nobody reopens.
A contact, filled in from the web
Give a vendor’s card a company name or an email and Look them up searches the web for their site, phone, address, a line on what they make and their own social pages. Everything comes back as proposals to check; each field you keep is marked on the card as filled in from the web, with the page it came from. Nothing about money — bank details, terms, prices — is ever asked for.
Ask the project, get an answer with citations
Ask the project AI answers from that one project’s records and nothing else — specifications, areas, notes, meetings, money totals — and cites item numbers as links so you can check it. Good answers can be shared with the project, so the same question is not asked twice. The manual answers questions about itself the same way, linking to the page that does it, so a new person is productive before anyone has time to train them.
Your data stays yours
Content is sent for the request that needs it and is never used to train models. A monthly allowance of AI actions per seat is included. More is bought up front in bundles, good for 12 months and never billed after use — or use your own AI key and your material goes straight to your own AI account, never through ours.
