Everyone sees exactly what they should

A portal is only useful if the whole cast can be let in — the client, the contractor, the vendor, the intern — without anyone seeing what is not theirs. Access is the product here, not an afterthought.

Your team, on roles you shape

Eight built-in roles from viewer to owner, plus any the firm adds, over a permissions grid of plain capabilities — and a plain-words reading that changes as you change it. A person can be limited to listed projects only; the library and address book stay firm-wide.

Clients, with a home of their own

A client signs in to their own home page: their project, pictures, boards, approvals, proposals, the installation plan once it exists, and their statement — never a cost, never a markup. What they see is a permission, not a hope.

Vendors, with no account at all

A vendor prices an RFQ, acknowledges a purchase order, sends shop drawings and keeps their own price list current — each at a single-purpose link that opens one record and nothing else. Closing the link stops it; the record stands.

Prospects, kept to the few pursuing them

Potential work has its own pipeline — New, Meeting, Proposal out, Won — seen only by the owners and whoever the firm marks as pursuing new work, plus any colleague added to one prospect. Paste the client’s first email and it fills itself in; start from a similar past job and its areas and a budget from what it actually came to come along. Everyone else never learns it exists, until it is won and made a project in place.

Contractors and installers

A contractor sees the projects they are given. An installer sees the installation plan and can mark a visit done from the site — and nothing else — so the firm hears the moment the crew is finished.

Slack and Teams, connected once

Approvals, vendor answers, arrivals and mentions post to a firm channel, a project’s own channel, or straight to the person as a direct message, found by their email. Connect the workspace once; nobody sets anything up. A channel can also take a morning calendar digest — today’s meetings, deliveries, site visits and deadlines — and a reminder before each meeting.

Sign-in without passwords

A link or code to the work email, or with Google where the firm allows it; two-factor with an authenticator app for anyone who wants it. Each person sees their signed-in devices and can sign any of them out; an administrator can shut anyone out at once; every page viewed and change made is in the activity log.
