Proposals the client signs online
The proposal is where design turns into an order book. Check the items, send, and the client accepts from any device — no PDF round-trips, no signature scanning, no wondering which version they saw.
From checked items to a sent proposal
Check specifications on the project page and choose Propose to client. The draft opens: adjust a price or a quantity, drop a line, write the introduction and terms, set the deposit (a percentage or an amount) and how long the prices hold. Then send.
Signed by typing a name
The client gets a link that opens without signing in — pictures, prices, terms. They sign and accept by typing their name, or decline with a note; the name, date and time are recorded and the document stands as accepted.
The deposit invoice drafts itself
On acceptance, every item on the proposal is marked client-approved and a deposit invoice is drafted for you to review and send. With a payment platform connected, the client sees Pay the deposit right on the accepted proposal.
Approvals for everything else
Not everything needs a proposal. Send a single item — or a whole area — for approval and the client sees Waiting on you with each item’s picture: Approve, Approve with notes, Revise and resubmit, or Not approved, each with a note, each recorded in the item’s history.
Change orders
A change after acceptance is a change order, built the same way: pick the items, price them, submit it, and the client accepts or declines it with their name from their own home page, at the prices they pay. They sit on the project’s Propose tab and under Finance → Change orders, and the numbers agree with the specifications they came from because they are the same records.
