Your own product library: specify from it one at a time or several at once, clip new products from a maker’s website, or read them from screenshots.
In the manual: The product library
Transcript
0:01Add items from the library.
0:03Everything your firm specifies lives in its own product library, with its maker, a picture and how often it’s been used.
0:11A product is written once: its source, its prices, its details. And it shows every project it has been used on.
0:20Add to a project puts it on a job as a new item. Pick the project, the area and how many.
0:27From a project’s specification list, you can pick several at once. Choose the area, search the library, and pick as many as the room needs.
0:36They’re added to the area, numbered in sequence, each carrying everything the library knew.
0:42Something new? Drag the Clip button to your bookmarks bar.
0:46On a maker’s product page, click it. The page comes across from your own browser,
0:52and its name, maker, details and picture are read for you to check and save.
0:57Some sites check for automated visitors first, with a Press and Hold.
1:02Clip on the check, and it says so: finish it, then clip again.
1:06If a page still won’t come across, add screenshots instead: paste, drop, or take a photo on a phone.
1:13One AI action reads them and fills in what they show, each detail marked from your screenshot.
1:19Crop one as the picture.
1:22The screenshots are kept with the product, as the source of its details.
1:26On a phone, paste the page’s address into a new item and read it: one AI action.
1:32That’s the library. More videos: portspace.io/videos
