0:01Getting around PortSpace.
0:03Your day starts on Home: what needs you today, your tasks, anything late in red, and anything due soon in amber.
0:11Under them, what’s waiting on your teammates: a task you handed on, and a review you asked for.
0:17The bar at the top goes everywhere: your projects, tasks and calendar here,
0:21and the product library here.
0:24Search finds specifications, products, files and meetings, across your projects.
0:29A project’s tabs follow the job, left to right: brief, specify, then order.
0:35The brief gives each area a card: what it needs, its pictures and colors, and how much is specified.
0:42Specify holds every item by area, with the team’s swatch boards, layouts and renderings beside it.
0:49When an item is ready, ask a colleague to check it, as an internal review.
0:54Every change is kept: issue a revision with a note, and the history shows what changed, who, and when.
1:00To bring in a product, click the Clip bookmark on the maker’s page,
1:04or, if the site won’t allow it, add screenshots instead.
1:08To hand over, choose the items in a new issue set, and make the spec book:
1:13a PDF in your firm’s look, with a page for every item.
1:17Each new issue lists what was added, removed or changed since the last.
1:22And Help is always in the bar: the manual, these videos, and a line to support.
1:26That’s the lay of the land. More videos: portspace.io/videos
