0:03Every project keeps its meetings under Team, Meetings, each with a line on where things landed.
0:10New meeting puts one on the calendar: a start and an end, a place or a link to join, and its kind.
0:17The form shows that hour on every clock involved.
0:21Under Expect these people, pick anyone in the portal, your team or the client, and add anyone else by email, like the architect. Nobody needs a sign-in.
0:31Each gets an email with a calendar invitation, to accept or decline in their own calendar. Replies go to whoever sent it, not the portal. People in the portal also get an alert.
0:42This demo never sends email, so it says not invited. Yours says invited, or held for approval if you hold outside email.
0:51Afterwards, write the notes, and paste or upload a transcript. A recording can be kept with it.
0:58Summarize with AI reads them and writes the summary, the decisions, the action items and the open questions.
1:05Each action item becomes a task on the project: choose who has it, and when it’s due.
1:13An open question can become a task, or join the brief’s questions for the client.
1:19A meeting’s page stays inside the firm: clients and contractors never see it, and the invitation never carries the notes. Minutes for the client, you send yourself.
1:30Projects, Meetings lists every meeting in the firm, and searches their notes, transcripts and summaries.
