0:03Presentations puts a project’s boards, renderings, plans and items to your client as one deck, in your brand.
0:11New presentation starts with a cover. Add a page adds a swatch board, a rendering, a layout plan, items, or words.
0:19Give each page a title and a short note. Every change saves itself.
0:24Drag pages into order, or use the arrows. Take out removes a page, never the board or items themselves.
0:31Renderings are labeled concept visualization wherever they show, and each page keeps what the client said about it.
0:39Preview full screen shows it as your client will see it.
0:43It stays with your team until you choose Share with the client, with a last day for the link if you like. Copy the link to send it yourself, or send it from here; if your firm holds outside email, it waits for approval.
0:57Prices show only if you check Show the budget.
1:00At the link, your client pages through it, approving each page, or commenting to ask for a change.
1:07They give their name once. An approved page says by whom, and can’t be approved twice.
1:13It opens on a computer, a tablet or a phone.
1:17Whoever shared it is told at once, and Approvals lists each answer under From presentations. Approving a page of items records each item as approved.
1:27Download PDF deck makes a landscape PDF, a page per slide, on your letterhead. Contractors never see presentations.
