0:01Swatch boards.
0:03A swatch board lays a project’s pictures out together. Boards are under Specify, Swatch boards; the example hotel has six.
0:12The quickest start is an area’s own page. New swatch board lays out every picture in that area, in one click.
0:19Here’s the lobby, laid out.
0:22Any item on the project with a picture can join it. Pick one on the right, here the guestroom carpet, and its swatch lands on the board.
0:30Below them, From the library adds a product the project doesn’t have yet. It becomes an item in this room, and its swatch is placed.
0:39Drag to arrange, and drag a corner to resize. Hide keeps a swatch off the board without losing it.
0:46Turn the labels on or off, set the board’s size, and Save board.
0:51PDF downloads it as a one-page sheet to send yourself, and Print prints it.
0:56Each swatch comes with its item number and name.
0:59Under each board, the team talks it over in comments, and mentions bring a colleague in.
1:05Boards stay with your team. If you’d like your client to see one, switch on Show to the client. It’s entirely optional.
1:14A board you show, your client sees on their project, to look at, not change. The comments stay inside the firm.
