0:01Fonts and resources.
0:03Under Library, Fonts and resources is your firm’s shelf of what it uses on every job: fonts, templates, logos and marks, and standards.
0:13Each font says what it’s for, where it’s licensed, how many seats you have, and what to use instead when someone hasn’t got it.
0:21Most entries are a link, as a font license rarely lets the file be passed around. Templates and marks your firm owns can be kept here as files.
0:31To add one, choose its kind, here a mark. Give it a name, a note on when to use it, and a link or a file.
0:38It’s on the shelf, for anyone in the firm.
0:41Templates are the documents a job starts from. Standards say how the firm does things, and a note on its own is enough.
0:49A template shows up where it’s used: the deck template is on every project’s Concept page, where the presentation starts.
0:58The search bar finds them too: by name, note, foundry, or what to use instead.
1:04Nobody outside the firm sees any of it.
1:07The shelf is a register. To set your documents in your own typeface, upload it under Settings, Brand, Your own font.
